It is we who wish to thank you! That tour of Jordan was a once in a lifetime experience. We absolutely loved Jordan, had so many adventures, were delighted with the standard of the hotels in which we stayed and were amazed by the many big attractions like Petra, Wadi Rum, Jerash and the Dead Sea! However our driver Ibrahim's lesser known stops on the way to these places like the secret  tunnel to Shobak castle, taking tea in the little cave and dinner at the very delicious and cheap little restaurant in Amman were what made the trip such a unique and thrilling experience for the children and adults in our family. We enjoyed lots of chats with Ibrahim and all felt genuinely sad to say goodbye to him at the airport. 

His demeanour, exceptionally professional service and lovely personality made the trip unbelievable!
 
We would also like to thank you and your company for being so efficient, professional, of high integrity and flexible to our needs throughout the trip.  We really couldn't have asked for anything more!

Having got back home I must let you know what we thought of our holiday in Jordan. All of the arrangements made by you were excellent with one exception and that was the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Petra which claims to be a five star hotel but definitely isn't. All of our other hotels were superb, thank you. Our driver and guide, Mohammed, was wonderful, reliant, trustworthy and a very safe driver. We were so relaxed in his company. We had a problem with getting money out of the ATMs (a problem caused by international telephone lines so we were told by our bank on our return to the U.K.), he offered to loan us some JDs until our problem was sorted out which was done after two days, he took the problem away by doing that. Please thank him again on our behalf for what he did.

Your tour company obviously operates to a high standard throughout. We will recommend your company to our friends and tell them that Jordan is a country that has far more than just Petra and Aqaba! Having had our taste of Jordan we will be returning.

Many thanks for making our holiday so enjoyable, relaxing and informative!

Jordan is a wonderful country with lots of hidden treasures to be explored! What a surprise! The highlight was Petra. The feeling you get when you walk through the Siq and you see the Treasury in front of you is just mind blowing! I will recommend the company to all my friends!

Itinerary: very well programmed and smooth. Best sites of interest: Damascus, Palmyra, Aleppo. We had no significant problems during the trip. Hotels: Oriental House - Damascus: very nice hotel, very quiet and wonderful position in the old Damascus. Score 10/10. Orient house - Hama: good hotel, a little noisy, good equipped. Score 8/10. Coral Julia - Aleppo: good hotel, very well equipped, no restaurant but only room service. Score 8/10 Badia Cham - Deir Ezzor: the hotel has a problem in water pipes, a continuous noise invades all the rooms. We asked to see other rooms, but we had the same problem. 
We changed the hotel and went to Furat Cham, Deir Ezzor, Score Furat Cham: 10/10, very quiet and good looking. Zenobia Cham - Palmyra: very good hotel and very good position. Score 10/10. Driver: Nazir Shikh AzZour. He was the star of the trip. He is very kind, very good english speaking, very good standing, very good knowledge of Syrian society, traditions, religions, people, government, economy. We talked and chatted for all the trip, he is a master in tourism and made us feel like we were at home. Problem solver, flexible and, of course, a friend. Unfortunately when we were in Palmyra, he was asked to change group and we missed him very much during the last days.
We will recommend 100% Nazir for future visits of Syria that our families or our friends may intend to have.

The reason why I am sending this email to you is that I want to say big thank to our driver, Mohammed. My family was really really happy with your tour programme and especially, our driver, Mohammed. He was always punctual(actually, he was always early...like 10mins and waiting for us), drive very safely, well groomed and most of all, very kind and taking care of us so well!
