Reservations

All reservations should be made in advance and confirmed in writing. We can supply you with your hotels’ own confirmation numbers for your reference should you require them.

 

Cancellations

If cancellation is made up to 15 days prior to arrival, no charge will be applied. A 25% charge will be applied for cancellations made less than 15 days prior to arrival. Some changes to these rules may apply during the peak season.

 

Payment

After we send you the confirmation of services for your tour, we will require your credit card details to be faxed to us in order to secure your booking. Your card will not be charged unless in case of cancellation made less than 15 days before arrival or a no show. This would cover the 25% cancellation fees imposed by the hotels and service providers. The total cost of the tour can be settled while in Jordan by credit card or cash. We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express cards.

 

Responsibility of Jordan Direct Tours

All participants are expected to be covered by travel insurance, hence JORDAN DIRECT TOURS assumes no responsibility for accidents of any nature, injuries, delays, irregularities, discomforts, loss or damage to property or any damage however arising.

 

Alterations

Although we are flexible and will always try to accommodate any modifications as requested by the client where possible, any fees for modifications will be charged onto the client.
